Nutrigenomics Consultation

Service Description

In this session you will receive an evaluation which includes a medical & diet history, family history, and physical examination. The focus of the visit will be to optimize your diet to improve your health. Genetic testing options will be discussed and offered to help you and your nutritionist develop a personalized diet plan for you. After testing a referral to a local certified nutritionist may be made, if you do not currently see a nutritionist, to further discuss your results and develop a personalized diet plan for you.
