Service Description

Pre-test and post-test counseling session for preconception carrier screening of Jewosh Genetic Diseases and other panethnic diseases. In this session a full medical and family history will be obtained and genetic counseling will be given on what to expect from the genetic carrier screening results and steps for prevention to help ensure healthy children. Post-test results session will include a presentation on genetics as well as a detailed explanation of results and residual risk estimates.
