Service Description

In this session you will undergo a full evaluation including a medical history, family history, and physical examination in order to determine the cause of your condition. Diagnostic testing options will be discussed and offered. After testing a follow-up session will be scheduled to discuss your results and further evaluation as needed. A referral to another specialist may be made to aid in the diagnosis and management of your condition.
